Pc keeps resetting

Hey all my mate has an issue with his new pc where his pc keeps resetting. He has just done some cable management and all was working fine before hand. The photo he sent me looked like he had all the components plugged in. I am sensing its the front panel switches.

More info: He has an i5-8400 paired with a GTX970 4GB, 16GB RAM, Gigabyte B360 Aorus Gaming 3 mobo and a 450W PSU.

 

Could it be a psu problem as the 970 recommends a 500W psu?
