So I have upgraded my 3yr old pc. GPU,CPU,MOBO,RAM. I scavenged my old PSU and HDD. I've reformatted it and all. Installed GPU drivers and such. My problem is, It crashes randomly and too frequently while gaming/using google or just plain logging in the computer it is accompanied with a buzzing sound in my headphone and my RAM lights turn off during this time it goes on again but my pc has crashed which can't be fixed unless i force shutdown. Note I'm only 1 update late for my GPU driver. Temps while gaming on ultra CPU : 75c GPU is okay. What might be causing this?

Specs:
