So I recently discovered that I can use my old graphics card as an encoder for my stream. My main gpu is a 3gb 1060 and it takes a 6 pin connector for power. The one I would use for my secondary gpu (gtx 760) takes two 6 pin connectors.
My power supply only has two 6 pin connectors, would I need both two of them for the 760 even though it won't consume a lot of power because its just encoding the stream which doesn't do much to the card anyways? I know it doesn't do much, but my games will perform that little bit much better while streaming. Any feedback is appreciated, thank you.
