So...quick spec rundown, Hero VII x470 in a CM H500M case with a ML360R cooler.

 

  For some reason Asus Sync has a motherboard option that is "dark" and unable to click on and the Coolermaster software says no coolermaster device connected.

 

  All ARGB fans are connected to the Coolermaster control box which is data powered and connected to a USB header.

 

I can change the lighting via the reset switch on the case but that's it.

Iv updated the bios and the CM control box firmware. Only code I get on the Motherboard is 24 which is RAM related iirc.

if using the arbg controller, you wouldnt use the asus aura feature. you'd use the cm controller.

bypass the controller from cm and hook directly up to the asus argb (not the rgb 4-pin) header. you should be able to control from the aura app then.

Tryed that too. Didn't work. And just to be sure my ARGB exhaust fan is hooked up solely to the 2nd ARGB header
