Confused asf

I bought a new 1tb hdd today, my current harddrive is running pretty slow. So i bought a 1tb one. But aslong i as tried installing windows to it it wont let me boot up everything properly and it keeps on messing up, now its just shutting down my pc.

I was installing a fresh cpy of windows 10, because it takes too long to boot on the old one

and was the old HDD still installed when you attempted installation?

did you change your boot order? during installation, windows will reboot and finish setup, but if boot order is not set right it will go back to the other hdd.

Nope i removed it before i installed a new OS

A little bit of both. Sometimes it just shuts off automatically next it goes up to window login

Update: using one of the old drivers which is in good condition but now the new hdd is mafunctioning. For the first 10-15 minutes after opening my computer the starts to disappear
