trobleshooting Slow performance

Hi, I have some issue for my computer. It goes very when I play video games, use photoshop, 3D model program and  I don't know why... . I try too disable the power saving mode, all of them, but nothing change... sorry for my english but is not my first lenguage

Can you list your full specs? What type of storage you have, what graphics card, power supply etc.

Adobe programs like to eat up all the RAM, so part of that problem is solved with Photoshop. I've not done much 3D Modelling, but I know that can be intensive.

I think is not a RAM problem, because even when I use the "normal" program like Word and stuff like that, everything go slow and lags even when I drago google chrome to sides of the screen...
