Skype Number

Hello Folks,

 

I want to buy a Skype Number, but I also want to change the country of the number as I see and please.

 

With one subscription into my account, can I change the it as I please or do I need to cancel my current subscription and re-do another subscription in order to change?

 

*I am aware that microsoft has its own support forum, but somehow the website is completely out of sync with any browser I use, so hope you guys can give me a hand.
