So I finally have purchased a cheap second gen cpu for my motherboard so I can use my 3rd gen cpu in it. I need to update the bios and I need to know if I am supposed to go with the most recent update or to go with an older update because there are updates all the way up to around Jan 2018. It sounds like a stupid question, but this is my first time doing this so I wanna make sure I do it right. The motherboard is the Intel DQ67SW

most recent includes all previous aswell usualy in rare cases they roll back an older version to the top of the list if they later discover a bug in latest version
