Weird Screen Flashing

So I got a Vega Frontier Edition for Christmas and it's been working all fine and then it started doing this weird screen flashing/pixelation during Middle Earth - Shadow of War, so far I've only been able to get it to happen in this one game. I also got a small clip of it happening.

I was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this? I've tried reinstalling the drivers multiple times, I've undervolted the card and the temps according to HWinfo are around 60-70c.
