So i recently bought the Asus X550IU, I mainly needed this Laptop for some gaming and use of photoshop. After I did some research the RX 460+ FX 9830P in this laptop would do the trick. I got the laptop and I installed a few games. Paladins which seemed to run fine in high settings with 60+ fps. However I installed fornite and this laptop should be able to run fornite on medium or more. I configured my own settings and I was getting 120fps BUT i would have frequent stutters. And it is really annoying. This also happens in League of Legends. I tried reinstalling my drivers, disabling GAME DVR and DxTracker. I am a Windows 10 Home.
I cannot find a fix and it is really irritating....  have even tried reinstalling drivers but dont seme to work. My HDD and SSD are fine and I even defragmenting them.

What does task manager say about CPU usage in gaming?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

I have it on basically everything on low and anti aniliasing and v/gysync off. Thing is no matter what I change the settings to even at the LOWEST resolution it is the same problem.  It doesnt just happen in fornite, it happens in League of Legends too.

Turn V-sync on. If the issue persists try messing with AA settings.

AA settings, I mean the thing is this is just fornite, It would help to find a known fix in most games.

Microstutter is something that's usually caused by V Sync, to my knowledge.
