SD Card Reader not working

I have a Phantom 820 case, that has a SD card reader. My system worked well when I used all of my sd cards. When I moved to Windows 10 on a clean Install my SD Card reader does not work. I have tried different SD card drivers with no luck. I even got a USB card reader, still no luck. When I insert a SD card i dont get a device connected sound but when I remove it, it says "Insert drive in to x" Also with a SD card inserted disk management does not respond. halp pls. I am sick of Using my laptop as a middle-man.

There might be a problem with the drivers. If you install new USB drivers it might fix it. The drivers may of stop working when installing Windows.
