System specs:

MOTHERBOARD: GA-78LMT-S2 motherboard

CPU: FX-4300

CPU COOLER: Alpine 64 GT

MEMORY: 16 gb ddr3 ram

GPU: rx-570 nitro+

PSU: EVGA 650 BQ

STORAGE: Inland 120 gb ssd, 1 TB hard drive

Steps I've taken:

  1. removed RX-570 - rebooted
  2. removed one stick of ram, reslotted, rebooted x2
  3. removed HDD - rebooted
  4. removed ssd - rebooted
  5. insterted usb OS - rebooted
  6. updated bios - rebooted
  7. reset cmos - rebooted

I am at a loss. I have no idea what else to do. I know this motherboard and CPU works, i took it out of another computer that i upgraded. That computer worked fine, i just wanted a little more upgrade potential in the future that this motherboard didnt provide.

Im using this setup to build my mother a computer and all the other parts should work. The PSU is brand new, Cooler is new, case is new, GPU is lightly used, SSD is new, HDD is used. I just dont know what else to do. the only things that are connected now are the mouse, keyboard, case fan and cpu fan. Thanks in advance for the replies guys, i really do appreciate it.
