Computer processor for MSI h110m

So I was building a computer for my parents and I was going to go with a g4500/4400 Skylake cpu for their system, but they are backordered everywhere.  This deal came up on pcpartpicker today so I want some advice to know if it's too sketchy to go for..... Here's the link.

Yes that's a proper, genuine CPU, I just have zero idea why people are going for Skylake these days

If it's compatibility problems I'd go for older hardware, those are even cheaper.

Well I already have a Skylake motherboard and plan on this computer to last for years, guess I'm just going to drop on it, pretty decent for a new cpu

I've been running Windows 7 stable on coffee lake (i7 8700k) for over 6 months

The only downside is no windows updates.
