My current file server uses an ancient Silverstone case that's really showing its age.  there's nothing wrong with it.  I'd just like to update the case to look more modern.

So what I'm looking for is styling similar to NZXT's H500i (all my other systems are moving to that case eventually.)  I want clean, minimalistic styling.  RGB and glass sides are a big plus.

The rub is that its a file server so I need to have 4 5.25" drive bays exposed for my RAID volumes, which NZXT doesn't do.  (I'd also be willing to look at cases with at least 5 3.25" modular drive bays that are easily accessible and hot-swappable for RAID maintenance.)

NO RACK-MOUNT CASES.  This is for a home office.

According to Newegg.com no glass cases are made with 4+ 5.25" That said once you throw RGB in any case minimalistic becomes unrealistic ?

Here are the only 3 glass on Newegg with 3 5.25 and 5+ 3.25

Here is a link to all others with 4+ 5.25 and 5+ 3.25

If you want glass and can live with only 3 5.25 I would go with the Phanteks Enthoo Pro TG PH-ES614PTG_BK

If you need the 4th one you have the Phanteks Enthoo Primo lineup and Rosewill Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case (the search will likely show the white one but black exists)

Yes, those are on my list.  I was hoping to find some other, more obscure, options that sites like Newegg don't sell.  I that case, a shotgun approach, asking for other's input, often works better than cruising the 'Net for hours on end.

Well, you could always check out individual manufactures websites. Sadly everyone has gone with glass fronts basically making what your asking for almost impossible.

Thermaltake used to be a good place to look but they too have gone to pet owners worst nightmare design. That said maybe local computer shops still hold some of their (or others) old stuff.
