nvidia freesync compatibility

why my nvidia driver don't show the G-Sync segment in the control panel. I am using LG22mp68vq-p with GTX 1060. I have recently update to 417.71 WHQL.

You may need to update your Gpu drivers to the latest ones if you haven't already

He has the latest driver installed but my money is on HDMI cable where a DP should be used.

I have the same monitor and graphics card, i also updated the drivers but i think it needs the Display Port connection to work which is missing in the said monitor it only has a D-Sub, a DVI and an HDMI port. So unless someone finds a way for it to work via HDMI we are at loss..

At least now we know why some of the monitors might have not gotten the certification. I hope they will enable the feature through HDMI soon.
