Need a decent PSU

[Ryzen 2600X]

I'm looking for a PSU that is quiet, and efficient. My budget is $100. For wattage, I'm looking at around 550-600.

Can you guys help me?

The U.S. and I'll be powering a 1070 ti and Ryzen 2600X. I hope to overclock both.

The power draw should be about 250-300W under load, so a good 450W is already plenty. 

The aforementioned Formula 550W is very good for the price. And it's also out of stock. The 750W version costs $65, and that's also very good value. 

If you want a fully modular one, there's the RM550x 2018 for $60 after rebate.
