Oc ram

First, thanks to Minibois and bindydad123 for helping me fix my oc problem. 

Now I need help with successfully oc my ram.

I've tried 2933mhz but my computer failed to post. What frequency should I be running my ram at? I know that ryzen chips prefer higher clock speeds, that's why I got 3000mhz ram, but for some reason it didn't want to post at 2933mhz (max frequency for my ryzen 3 2200g). Currently it defaults to 2400mhz. What should I try.

Your mobo technically doesn't support 2933. Try going straight to 3000

Just looked at the specs from Asus, and it seems a bit dumb for them to include 2933mhz ram speeds when the motherboard doesn't support those speeds. Thanks for the help mate

It posts and signs into windows just fine. Task manager recognises the 3000mhz too. Thanks for the help. BTW will it be at all unstable or is it just fine?
