CPU Cleaning Help!

UPDATE - STILL NOT FIXED

So I’ve been looming around a bit more and found that it seemed best to use the isopropyl alcohol and a soft toothbrush for cleaning the socket out. 

Is this the best option to you people?

Nope, denatured alcohol will evaporate and that short exposure shouldn't hurt any plastics.

I would certainly try that over the dishwasher.

You could try sucking it out with a vacuum cleaner, just be careful

I know this is super late, but this is a product I just saw on Gamers Nexus to clean paste out of a socket.  The video should start at the relevant point.
