error code "Ad". tried all i can....

so i recently had my pc not post after a bios update with the code "Ad" on my Gigabyte AX370-gaming 5 motherboard, but now i just bought a new crosshair VII hero motherboard in hopes this will be the fix. But as i just found out this one launches with EXACTLY the same code....After launching it without RAM i got the 46 code but that seems to be fair afaik. im so lost now and i don't know what i can do to fix this anymore.. i've tried everything, clear CMOS, reseat RAM/GPU, remove all components not needed to boot, multiple monitors / cables, new SSD, no SSD at all, update bios via USB BIOS flashback. PLEASE help me fix this, im really at the end of what i can think off. (could this have something to do with my RAM?)

MOBO: Asus Crosshair VII Hero

GPU:    MSI GTX 1070 8GB

CPU:    AMD Ryzen 7 1700x

RAM:    Micron MTA8ATF1G64AZ-2G6E1 (2x 8GB)

PSU:     Corsair RM750X

SSD:     Samsung 750 evo 250gb

sorry forgot to mention, it means "ready to boot event, tried all my solutions based off that. started with a windows boot USB on a fresh SSD aswell.

bump, i've even got the whole thing out of the case on a static free bag to test if the case did anything to it. answer was no.
