linux disable coolbits?! Auto overclocking gpu help.

I used this command to see what coolbits feature does and looks like in the driver program. I now can't figure out how to turn it off.

How do you disable it and set it back to default? I can't find any reference to this anywhere.

I have an auto overclocked gpu. Did this mess up the auto overclock. It's saying it's running at normal clock speeds... I'm a little confused as to how this should be working.

The graphics clock at max is only at 1582 atm. It says the boost clock should be at 1797... I seem to be missing some clocks. Is there a way to disable the coolbits and get my auto-overclock back?(Assuming I had it to start with) I'm a bit confused.

OK, I found something that said 0 was default and disabled. I set it to 0 and rebooted, but the card it still running at only 1582. How do you make it boost and use it's 1797 overclock speeds? It's a 1060 pny xlr8 3gb. Does this require a windows program to get working or did the coolbits thing wipe some auto settings?

Does anyone have any experience with linux and a pny 1060 xlr8?

How does it work in windows? Does it need a program to activate boost somehow?
