My friend has recently been experiencing some FPS drops in Fortnite. His FPS used to be around 100 but now it stays around 10 FPS. He has an Intel Xeon and a 1050 Ti and was not experiencing any issues until he overclocked his 1050 Ti. He tried to set it to default settings but it was the same. We are trying to find a way to fix it so if anyone has anything it would be very helpful.

I would use DDU to uninstall the driver and start over.  Also uninstall the OC software that you were using to ensure that it is not loading a preset each time the computer boots.  If you want to check the health of the card, go into the Bios and double check that it is showing up as the correct GPU, also download GPU-z once you have reinstalled the driver and see if it is being detected right.  Those would be the first things I would try.
