Raid 1,3,5, or 10?

Hello, I'm new to the forums but I've been watching linus for a few years now and this seemed like the best place to ask my question. I'm a freelance videographer using external hard drives store and work on video edits. Within the past 5 months I've been buying parts to build an external raid which include (so far) 1 mediasonic 4 bay raid enclosure, and 2 ironwolf Seagate 4tb drives (I'm going to get 2 more when I'm able to afford it). My question is for storing videos and working off of this raid system what raid would benifit me more? I have the basic understandings of the raid numbers and what they do but I'd like some more imput to help further my decision. Thank you guys in advance.

If I remember rightly, either 1 or 3, I am leaning towards RAID 1 but I have no clue. I know one RAID will dump all hdd's if theres an error.
