Cpu temp is low?

I don't know if im going crazy or my cooler is the best in the world. So i have the i7 8700k with gtx 1080 ti and asus z370a prime and 16 gb ram. and my case is corsair 570x. and i play on ultrawide monitor 3440x1440 asus pg348q 100hz. So my cpu temps are like 41c-45c. and my cpu usage is low when i play games like pubg cpu sensitive. my gpu is 90% of load and im getting good fps. I know i shouldn't be complaining but i wanna know if this is normal to have such a low temps and low usage? or that's how it should be? Im sorry im new to these kind of stuff.

I keep my Ryzen 7 1700 @ 46c while under 100% load synthetic stress test after 2 hours on a 120mm AIO push/pull config rear exhaust.

 

Download Prime95 and do the torture test for at least an hour, to see where your temps are at under load.  The thing with an AIO is, until you reach Thermal Equilibrium you don't know what it actually does - AIOs just take your temps to MAX very slowly compared to air coolers which reach their equilibrium within 10 minutes under tests usually.

I just downlaoded prime 95. Should i selected blend or which one?

Blend test some of everything, pushes CPU to 100% load until you turn it off.  If you are having any issues with your build - this will show you lol (at least with CPU)

@charbel1011 I suggest you download MSI Afterburner to monitor the GPU, and HWMonitor for the balance of the system though it will capture GPU as well but only 1 (I have 2 on that rig).  It will keep the min max so when you start keeping a straight line temp (like on my pic how I was at 43c current processor 46c max temps - that was that way for 30 minutes meaning I had likely hit close to, or at, thermal equilibrium as the socket was doing the same but didn't capture that in screenshot)

 

Just let it run and watch temps while its doing its thing.  If it gets close to getting to hot, stop the test.  I recommend a minimum of 1 hour to see how your system is doing.

@charbel1011 howd the stress testing go?  My kryonaut thermal paste arrives today per the tracking so Im going to hopefully have time this weekend to apply it and test my temps again see if I can lower them.  Might even redo the GPU thermal pastes as well.

my system running fantastic.  like after running prime 95 for almost 1 hour my temps stayed at 55c-60c max.
