No just squedual windows to run memtest https://support.rm.com/technicalarticle.asp?cref=tec3222505 < - either similar or the same for win10

There's other memory test applications, i've found the built in utility works quite well for most use cases.

Can the following memory modules be used together without problems? All specifications match, except chip configuration.

Most likely, I've mixed similar ram in some msi laptops a couple times. Same timings and size, rarely have i seen chip configuration to be an issue for some time now, (think it was sd ram days last I had those issues) 

Silent build - You know your pc is too loud when the deaf complain. Windows 98 gaming build, smells like beige
