Razer Stealth 2019 issues

Hey all,

 

so I bought the Razer stealth 2019 a few weeks ago. It's a great nifty laptop that gets the job done, and i'm very happy with how it works.

However i have one issue where when i close the laptop and go away for some time, when i return and open it the machine doesn't startup.

 

I've tried razer customer support but all they are offering is "have you tried reinstalling windows", yes i have razer the issue is not going away.

I can RMA it but my problem is, i have no replacement and i'm going abroad in 2 weeks and i need this puppy for work :/ Razer has no stores in the Netherlands where i live so i'll have to deal with shipping RMA check and only to be then given a new laptop or a fixed one after a few weeks. 

 

Any tips or tricks on how to resolve this issue? maybe it's a windows thing who knows, anyhow some advice would be welcome.

 

TLDR: closing laptop causes it to go into idle mode (very good). Opening laptop, laptop doesn't get out of idle mode and is stuck only pressing power button causes it to restart, losing all progress on screen due to a reset.

Sounds like Windows issue. My friend and I have it before

So how did you fix it? I've got all drivers installed (used maconfig to ensure everything is).
