Question about streaming

Hello. I have a question based on my rig, and it has to do with streaming. I currently use OBS Studio to stream PS4 game play using a Elgato HD60. What would be the best settings for me to use?

 

Specs: i5 4690, R9 280x GPU 3GB, 8GB RAM, Win 10 PRO

Upload? You can use normal CPU encoding as you don't need CPU for gaming. Do you capture at 1080p60 or what?
