I contacted amazon for this, and you do need to check your email(amazon email) and the title should state something about a promo code and you might need to wait a few days after it ships to recieve it. You should then be able to redeem on nvidia's website

do u know the emals title as i searched bf5 and nvidia but nothing came up

the email does not specifically state battlefield 5(if anything, search code and amazon), and as i said, you might need to wait a couple days after it arrives before you can recieve the code
