Overclocking RTX 2070

Is it normal to only being able to boost the core clock up to 60+ while i can boost the memory clock up to a thousand?

btw i have the RTX 2070 Gaming Z

yes, the card already overclocks itself based on the temperature and power limit, you are putting another +60MHz on top of the OC the card is doing itself so in fact its more like a +300MHz already at least.

also is there anything i can do to check if my overclock is stable other than starting fortnite like 20 times?
