So I have an EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Superclocked for my system. The CPU I have paired with it is the AMD Ryzen 5 2600X that I overclocked to 4.1ghz stable. Does my graphics card bottleneck my 2600X or should they be a solid match. If it does, will overclocking the 970 help with a bottleneck? Thanks.

I would not necessarily say it would bottleneck, because it can ideal to have some headroom per thread. It will allow you to max put your gpu though. It is a good combo imho with for future upgrades in the gpu department.

bottlenecks is kinda complicated, it depends on your application, your usage scenario, your expectation.. for example, I paired my Pentium G4560 with GTX 1080Ti running PUBG on 4k Ultra, I got around 40fps, and it's not comfortable for me, but still playable and one of my friend saying it run smoothly, it's because he always play on his potato laptop.. and for productivity, if you are using VEGAS PRO to edit your video then render it, your R5 is enough cause you can use GPU render with NVIDIA GPU..
