Radeon R7 260X Asus DCII 2GB fans spinning on Idle?

My new GPU, Radeon R7 260X Asus DCII 2GB arrived today. I'm wondering why are the fans spinning even when the system is idle. Is it suppose to be this way? Surely, they should automatically stop when PC is idle. Is there anyway of controlling the fans? Besides this minor issue, the card seems fine, i can run my games on highest settings. It's supposed to be that way.

 

You can control the fans with MSI Afterburner, ASUS GPU Tweak, AMD's built in tuning application and other ones.

Yes there supposed to spin at idle, use MSI Afterburner to control them.

I would only download one. l would recommend MSI Afterburner.

It still works, no bullshit. I used it with my 7850. It's like how ASUS GPU Tweak (or as I like to call it, GPU Twerk) works on non-ASUS cards and how MSI Afterburner works on non-MSI cards.
