Windows startup freeze... HELP!

Hey guys,

 

This is the most frustrating thing. I feel like I've tried everything I could possibly find or think of, so I need help from the professionals. My PC has been freezing at either the Windows logo upon start up or where I enter my password at the Windows login screen.

 

It'll either continue to restart itself over and over or I'll shut it down manually. It'll go into recovery mode, which I've tried system recovery, reinstalling Windows, chkdsk in the command prompt (it found nothing), startup repair (it says it can't perform the startup repair) and running it in safe mode (it froze after about 2-3 minutes).

 

The random few times it let me on was after the chkdsk or windows reinstall, but after about a week or so it goes back to the freezing. While I was on my PC, I ran a malware scan (found nothing), I did a "sfc /scannow" in cmd (found nothing), unplugged my second monitor and speakers and turned off hibernate and fast reboot modes.

 

The two error codes I have received during this whole process was a blue screen stop error (critical process died) and another one during system restore (0x80070003). 

 

I feel like it's a software problem, but I'm willing to try anything. I had a person suggest it could be a GPU or RAM problem, but I'm not sure? My specs are listed below if you have any hardware related questions.
