New Headset

Hello there forum peoplez. I need to replace my g930s. I need a headset not headphones and a separate mic, I am well aware that doing that is just plain superior in most ways, but I dont have space. Also if I were to get that zalman mic or a modmic, I would have to sleeve it with the cable from the headphones... So I would prefer not to go that route. So.. I have a few questions.

1.) I know that closed sounds worse than open, but how much louder is open than closed? My walls arent too horribly thin. How much louder are PC360's to people around me than something like g930s? 

2.) If I go for separate headphones and a mic what would I need to sleeve them together? 

3.) What would you recommend?

 

Also my motherboard is a P8Z77-V LK if anyone is wondering  Also I spend many hours on teamspeak every day, so good mic is kind of really important.

I have my Zalman mic ghetto-mounted on my HD 650s. They coil around the cable, and I used black electrical tape every few inches so they stay on.
