Help installing HDD

Go to solution Solved by Cyberspirit,

I honestly don't know but, if it ends up not working you can just plug the drive into a different port so, I wouldn't worry about it.

Hey,
The title may seem a bit stupid, but here's my question:
I'm installing a HDD and I have two M.2 slots in my mobo (one with an NVMe SSD that I use as boot drive and another one that I may populate some time in the future for HDD acceleration) should I leave SATA 1 and 2 clear or it doesn't matter where I plug the HDD?
TIA

I thought of connecting it to the SATA 6 port just to make sure and start going down if I add more storage in the future, but I don't know if there are any differences between ports regarding bandwidth (I think I heard it in some building guide)
