Do you have a cd that came with it?

With my Msi mobo, the Cd contained the Msi Control Center that allows to adjust fan profiles via windows.

Asus should have the same thing.

Yes there is a cd, but when I use it it says it doesn't support this version of windows... That's why I'm looking for another

If you need to control only CPU fan and have it adjust to temps, then there's only Speedfan and mobos software. Open Hardwaremonitor has option to set stable rpm to case fans and cpu fan. Anyway you should visit BIOS to check if there's some setting in PC Health thats conflicting with softwares. There's also command line fix (that I can try to find) for Speedfan crashing PC issue. That issue is because BIOS doesn't allow Speedfan read sensor infos (I had same thing with older mobo). Flashing BIOS might also fix some of issues with fan controls.
