Pretty much any DDR2 should be good, just make sure the mobo is compatible with the amount of ram that is going in!

For many parts like motherboards you can find the manual online with your favorite search engine:

http://www.tehnari.ru/attachments/f32/25974d1291473734-e2710_m2v-tvm.pdf

Here an online version directly with the page about system memory:

http://www.manualslib.com/manual/10123/Asus-M2v-Tvm.html?page=22#manual

Im not 100% sure about the Type S. But I could not find anything mention about it on the asus page. Best to compare the layouts from the manual with your mainboard to make at last sure it is not one of this cases where one extra letter is a totaly different mainboard. (Happend to me once)

Most important part in the manual is the limit to 256, 512 or 1024 MiB sticks. 2048 MiB Sticks will not work or may only run as 1024 MiB each!

If u want really good speeds about ur pc take corsair 2x2gb 1333mhz

its the best ram for ur pc :)

it is hard to find the ddr2 version of that kit, so more size and any brand is just fine
