[Help] Rendering 4K for TV

Hello all i have a small project in After effects that's still not finished  it's about 30 seconds now i guess it will be about 2 mins long

So when i render my project in AE it as AVI files resolution set to half it turns out a file about 10GB

What i need is a way to render smaller file size i need that file to play on a TV through USB thumb drive and to maintain somewhat decent quality

dont render it in a lossless avi then. render it as a h.264 mov or something , even then it'll be kinda large anyway.  and you should be using after effects for what it's made for.... applying effects.

use a proper encoder or export it with premiere or something

I don't have any experience with Pemiere so i don't know what settings i should apply so i will be able to fit the file in a thumb drive and play it on a TV
