3.I play pubg mostly,i get a little over 100 fps at medium.

4.Yes,22 inch 1080p,60hz dell monitor.

5.I don't have the experience to know which panel is better for me.

You're probs not going to make use of the full 144hz in all games, especially the more graphically intensive ones. 

 

As long as you have enough desk space to place your monitor at the angle that is relative to the edge of the curve

 

VA will be fine for gaming, otherwise it's not advisable if you're doing video editing and colour sensitive stuff.
