Over Heating?

Now if gets above 80c under load then there might be a cooling issue but if not I wouldn't worry!

Recently i built my very first gaming pc. it has a Intel Core i7-8700 at 3.20ghz

16bg ram and a GTX 1070 but my GTX 1070 is running at 37C and my cpu is at 25C and all im doing at the moment is watching youtube why is the Gpu so high?

GPU's naturally run hotter. For example my 8750H draws 3W at idle, but my 1060 6gb draws 6W at minimum. GPUs are just hotter than CPUs at idle and full load in properly balanced systems.

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

Those temps are really good for Idle. My 2700x Idles at a toasty 50C :P

(I have a small case and it's a hot chip anyways)

Make sure to quote or tag people, so they get notified.

Normal temps!

My gpu is 28~30 at idle but i have 2x120cm case fans blowing straight on it.
