I just finished transferring my components to the 570x but when i try to open this happens (see vid). help pls

 

ADDITIONAL INFO: when i was pushing the pcie cable for my gpu i heard something click.

could be a short check the motherboard standoffs, also check if cables are plugged in correctly and all the way and clear bios just in case.

pc has started but my gpu is flashing lights and has no output signal

 

edit: solved the on off problem by removing one of the ram
