Yes.

Unlike the Nvidia's competetors to ARM processors. Nvidia is really new to it.

Tegra 1, as just an experiement.. it didn't sell at all.. I think only the Zune HD was the only product with it.

Tegra 2, this is where Nvidia is starting to get comfortable and bring see how to bring GeForce to ARM

Tegra 3 is Nvidia first serious take on ARM. But the time it came to market, the CPU which was decent, ended up as not so much compare to the competition.

Tegra 4 focus was on refinement of Tegra 3 and Nvidia starting to get the hang of it...

I expect that Tegra 5 will be more performance oriented. Still won't be the fastest chips... Nvidia doesn't have the experience and knowledge to do this, but will be bringing themselves much closer to the top competitors. Also, I expect Nvidia to really bring GeForce abilities to it. And this will be intresting. Because Nvidia has the expertise and knowledge to crush anyone else GPU from their competitors. I don't think it will, but it will be close.

Starting from Tegra 6 and onward, I expect Nvidia to release within the same year, or so, new ARM processors with the latest GeForce architecture, fully implemented. And this will be point where Nvidia's chip while not be the beast of CPU power, the GPU will sure will. And will the chip of choice for any gaming.
