So, I got a Gigabyte RTX 2070. When I first installed it, It was working great. I got higher fps than my 1060. As days passed, I noticed my fps going down I was averaging around 60-140 fps in Fortnite with my custom settings down below (Same or worse than 1060). Is there anyway I can fix this. There are example of things I did to test my GPU below. My specs are Ryzen 5 1600 at 3.6 GHz, 16 GB ram at 2933 MHz, Asus Prime B350 plus Mobo, Alienware 240hz G-sync 1080p monitor, RM750x 80+ gold PSU, and last but not least the GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2070. Please help.

This is my first post on here so...

Both Unigine and Userbenchmark are reporting 4GB of VRAM instead of 8. That seems strange...

EDIT: To correct myself, userbenchmark is reporting equal to OR MORE than 4GB. Which it seems to do with certain other builds as well. For example: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/13434833

Main rig: i7 8086K // EVGA Z370 Micro // 16GB Gskill TridentZ 3200Mhz CL14 // Sapphire Pulse RX 7800XT// a variety of noctua cooling // Corsair RM750x v2 //  Fractal Meshify C

Secondary rig: R5 3600 // MSI B450i Gaming Plus // 16GB Gskill FlareX 3200CL14 // MSI GTX 1080ti Gaming X // Cooler Master V650 // Fractal Meshify C

Audio setup: Audient iD4 // Adam A7X // Sennheiser HD 650 // Sennheiser HD 25-II // Audio Technica M50x // Sennheiser Momentum 4
