Gaming selection

I'm building a new PC for my friend and it'll be purely for gaming
1. i3 8100 + 1060 6GB/ RX 580 8GB
2. Ryzen 5 1600 + RX 570 8GB
3. Ryzen 5 2600 + 1050ti/1060 3GB
Note: he'll be playing at 1080p 60fps
Which combo will last the longest and give 60fps at best quality (High-Ultra) he'll be playing eSports games, PUBG, Blackout and some other graphically less intensive games. Which would be more preferred for gaming purposes only. And also, which will last 4-5 years (I'm worried about i3 at 4c 4t) I had considered the first one but then the other options came into my mind
Thank you
PUBG will probably need the best GPU and CPU cores aren't the biggest problem, it is the clock speed, at least that's what I have heard from my friends about the 8700k and the 2700x the first having fewer cores and threads but a higher clock and being better for gaming. the Ryzen 5 1600 should work from what I know and I would try to go with a 1060 6gb. It will probably be like 350-400ish
