CPU MOBO suggestions?

I'm looking at either top of the line Ryzen, Intel I7-9700k, or I9-9900K With no idea what to get for a motherboard. I also want to get a 240mm AIO RGB water cooler. Any suggestions?  Any Sales?

 

Current items already purchased:

Case: Coolermaster MB511 RGB (3 RGB fans, 1 non RGB rear fan) 

PSU: EVGA G3 750W 80+Gold

RAM: 2x8 Corsair Vengence Pro RGB (+2 lighting enhancement kits "fake ram")

GPU: MSI RTX 2070 Gaming Z

A 240mm AIO won't be enough to cool any of those processors if they are overclocked, so I recommend either a 360mm AIO, custom liquid cooling loop, or a beefy air cooler like the Dark Rock Pro 4. For a motherboard, any of the Asrock Taichi, Asus Strix or Asus Prime series boards work great for any of those CPU's. As for the cpu you should get, it really depends on what you need your PC for and what your budget is.

so a 240mm or a (2x140mm) aio won't cool an overclocked i7-9700k? I currently am overclocking my CPU, but realistically I don't NEED to OC with any of the new CPU's. I hate air coolers. I have a budget of about 1k for the CPU, MOBO, and CPU cooler

Thanks! that's kind of what i was thinking as Price to performance was best with the 9700k. The only problem is the fans for that AIO are not RGB (;
