RGB LIGHTs

Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC 

RAM: Team Vulcan DDR4 16GB (2x8GB)

GPU: Zoatac Gtx 1070 8GB 

Case: CoolerMaster Masterbox Lite 5 RGB

Storage: 2TB Toshiba HDD, 120GB WD Green SSD 

PSU: Gigabyte P650B 

How can i make this very RGB without using the Motherboard built in RGB and the Case Fans

You could use something like the NZXT Hue with light strips.

If you know how to code a bit (Python) you might be interested in the Pimoroni mote, as far as I know it's the cheapest option out there.

can i not plug something into my motherboard like a light strip

that would use the motherboards RGB pin

or there might exist some usb powered RGB strips with a remote to choose the color

yeh my motherboard has a software (msi light sync) which controls the rgb on motherboard

might have misunderstood your question, didn't you not want to use the motherboards RGB?

if you can use that then yes you can use light strips (most likely 4 pin/non adressable)
