8GB of my 16GBs of ram is hardware reserved..

As the title says.. I've tried everything. I've reset my bios, I've updated my bios, unchecked maximum memory in msconfig. Moved the ram around into different slots. Nothing is working. 8GB of my ram is still hardware reserved. My bios does recognise that I have 16GB of ram installed and they're in the correct slots. The ram is the same speed, model and make.

Here are some screenshots of the issue.

I'm running Windows 10 x64 bit.

All help is appreciated.

Check in msconfig > boot > advanced options and make sure Maximum Memory isn't checked and/or set to anything other than 0.

It is unchecked and at 0, and the problem still persists.
