DRAM Led, peripherals not working

Go to solution Solved by Fasauceome,

I assume you've tried single stick configurations?

CPU - Intel - Core i7-7700k 4.2 GHz Quad Core

GPU - Geforce gtx 1080ti, Asus Strix

PSU - EVGA Supernova 850w 80+ Gold

Memory - G.Skill Ripjaws V - DDR4 3600 2x8gb

MOTHERBOARD - Asus Strix Z270-E

COOLING - Corsair H100i V2 Liquid Cooler

STORAGE - Samsung 860 Evo 1tb SSD

Okay so basically this all started when I got a BSOD, I did everything I know on ways to fix it, and it seemed to work for about a week when I got it again, this time nothing seemed to work, which is when I noticed that my CPU and DRAM LED on my motherboard was both lit up, I removed both of them to check pins and such and put them back in, powered it back on, my CPU light was no longer on but my DRAM led was still on. I rebooted my pc and noticed that none of my peripherals are working as well, I was wondering if my (assumed) busted memory could cause them not to work or if there is also something wrong with my motherboard, since that is what my peripherals are plugged into. I've plugged other monitors, Keyboards and mouses in and none of them are working either. Thanks to anyone who offers help.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I need?

I actually didn't at first, it looks like one of my sticks are working, with the one working the LED is no longer on and all my peripherals are working, so I take it it was a faulty stick that caused it?

It looks to be that way. Got a warranty?
