CPU compatible with mobo?

Likely the cpu will work but is it bad to use in the long run? I don’t want any FX 9590 not in 990FX chipset situation here.

the mobo page says CPUs up to 95W TDP are supported only. The X5680 has a TDP of 130W

Did a bit of digging, and although this isn't the exact motherboard I found this FAQ answer on SuperMicro's site, stating that certain boards do have limitations and don't support processors above their stated max TDP. The VRMs are unable to handle the higher load.

So definitely don't try it, it's just a disaster waiting to happen. As for an alternative I wasn't able to find another board, but I'm not used to navigating their site.
