Some days ago I built a new PC that is causing me some trouble.

So the problem is that some programs are constantly crashing(Steam, Discord, PUBG, Firefox), some are not even starting(3DMark, VRMark, Prime95) but others run without any problems(Battlefield 5, Chrome, Furmark).

I tested the RAM and graphics card in a PC of a friend and they worked fine.

So then I thought the motherboard is defective but i got that replaced and it's still not working.

The big stress tests wouldn't even start so I tried some other stuff and everything that started did work and run well.

Has anyone heard of similar problems and what can I do next?

PC Specs:

MoBo: ASUS TUF Z390-Pro Gaming

CPU: i9 9900k

GPU: Gainward RTX 2080 Ti Phoenix GS

RAM: 2x 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000Mhz

SSD: Samsung 970 Pro NVMe
