Fullscreen Optimization? (PUBG)

So i was told that disabling Fullscreen optimi can increase FPS or just fix the smoothen sensetivity 

 

im interested to know what it actualy does

When Fullscreen Optimization is enabled, it overrides software settings and allows the operating system to and optimize performance of games and apps when they are running in full screen mode.

Reports suggest some games benefit from having this feature disabled, which can improve framerate and gameplay.
