Is  a 550 w psu suffecient for my build? I have i7 7700 , 212 evo, galax 1060 6gb oc

Yes. But is it a quality PSU? There are PSUs which are 550W and above but their build quality is so low that putting them into your system is dangerous.

CX, CS or CX-M? There is no CM series from Corsair.

Anyways. I suppose it is a CM 550W Bronze. It is a decent PSU. Not a top tier PSU but it's for sure reliable. It'll work very well for your system.

Depends on the 550W PSU.

In general, the good stuff these  days start at gold, there are hadly any good Bronze units.
